Nothing is broken. In production, the web stack serves / on the .com domain from a static page
that lives outside this application, and that the marketing team maintains on their own. This placeholder
stands in for that page outside of production, so that local development doesn't show the application
homepage at a URL where the .com site doesn't serve it.
The application homepage is at https://t.clients.p19.dev/home, which is where the static marketing page links.
